Volvo EX90: Lidar sensor can be dangerous for smart phone cameras

Tip: Don’t come close to the Lidar sensor with your smartphone camera
Good news? Pictures taken from a greater distance did not show such issues. If you are still insisting on picking a Lidar sensor, we strongly recommend you to avoid doing so! The entire exercise is especially difficult because Volvo uses a particularly high wavelength of 1550 nm. For comparison, other manufacturers usually use only 905 nm only.
