In March 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI)published a report on The future of artificial intelligence research. Covers the report, which was led by outgoing AAAI President Francesca Rossi 17 different AI topics It aims to define the path of artificial intelligence research clearly and in an organized manner. As part of this project, members of the report team are participating in a series of video discussions covering selected chapters of the report.
In the first session, AI experts addressed considerations for developing artificial general intelligence (AGI).
